The hotel where I stayed during my recent business trip was excellent. It was strategically located, close to all the places we needed to visit. The view of the area was just breathtaking, especially from the lounge and the room. The amenities were great, including the fitness room. What is also impressive is that they provide towels, amenities, and even fresh fruit at no extra cost. It was an amazing experience!

I didn't have any complaints about the hotel except for the fact that the room service was not available 24/7. However, it didn't really affect me much since I was able to avail myself of the free snacks from the lounge.

It's situated right next to a fantastic park, perfect for a leisurely walk. the rooms are spacious and modern, with up, to, date electronic appliances. the service is top, notch, with friendly staff who go out of their way to provide excellent service. the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a good variety of options. the fitness room is well, equipped and open 24 hours, perfect for any fitness enthusiasts.

The live band playing in the lobby bar can be a bit too loud, making it difficult to relax in the evenings.

Friendly and Welcoming Front Desk Staff

During our business trip, we were warmly welcomed by Natalie and Colin at the front desk. Their friendly and warm attitude made a deep impression on us. We felt truly valued as guests. One minor drawback was the limited choice of welcome drink menu in the lobby lounge for members, as we couldn't find Perrier water. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
